Maybe it was the wonderful place in Roosta with everything so well organized that made our international conference with nearly 40 participants so successful! We enjoyed living in the lovely, comfortable, little red cabins in the forest, so close to the beach that we could hear the sea. We usually order vegetarian and vegan food for our meetings and often in other places this has been a challenge - but in Roosta our expectations were far exceeded: the food was utterly delicious and the service was great as well. Estonian nature and the connections we have made with Estonian environmentalists will be an ongoing source of inspiration for us all! Thank you for everything!
